Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision aligned with company objectives and market trends

- Author quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact uncertainties
- Build and maintain a proprietary database of future-focused indicators and signals
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or platforms
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
