- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive forces across 15+ global markets
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Champion sustainability integration into core product development lifecycles
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact beyond quarterly metrics
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on pilot programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (e.g., Nature, HBR)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related discipline
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog preferred)
