Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product releases
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop compliance documentation for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment with engineering teams
- Create transparency reports documenting AI decision-making processes
- Monitor regulatory landscape evolution and advise on policy implications
- Partner with legal teams to navigate cross-border AI compliance challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech development
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Experience developing AI ethics policies for commercial products
- Strong technical literacy in machine learning workflows
- Certification in AI ethics or compliance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
