Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI development practices

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Law, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing AI ethics policies for enterprise-scale systems
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Strong facilitation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGP) or equivalent practical experience
- Published research or thought leadership on AI ethics topics preferred
