Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems (healthcare, finance, autonomous systems)
- Lead cross-functional working groups to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through policy recommendations and industry collaboration
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor compliance across 50+ AI deployments
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI principles and emerging regulatory requirements
- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums and standards bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 8+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record of designing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Strong background in bias mitigation techniques and algorithmic fairness assessments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ethical technology implementations
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI deployment
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
