Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for all AI models and systems

- Advocate for ethical considerations in product roadmaps and design processes
- Create transparency reports and stakeholder communications on AI ethics initiatives
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and industry best practices
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development methodologies
- Represent the company at industry forums on AI ethics and governance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI governance, ethics, or compliance
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with agile development and DevOps practices
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., from Stanford, MIT)
