Responsibilities

- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for international AI governance standards
- Create transparency dashboards for explainable AI (XAI) deployments
- Coordinate with academic partners on longitudinal societal impact studies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT, NeurIPS Ethics)
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias detection algorithms
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools development
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into engineering requirements
