Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for 2026-scale data volumes.
- Design and implement safety alignment layers and ethical guardrails for generative AI models.
- Lead the integration of new AI paradigms, including multimodal models and autonomous agents.
- Conduct rigorous benchmarking against projected 2026 industry standards and performance metrics.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and safety.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI safety research, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and adversarial testing.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning systems.
- Ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and regulatory shifts.
