Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in next-gen AI architectures and quantum machine learning
- Develop and publish breakthrough models in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $1M+ in government/private research grants for 2026-focused projects
- Translate theoretical research into scalable production systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Strong track record of translating research into production systems
