Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications under supervision
- Perform safety inspections and compliance checks on electrical components
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment appropriately
- Prepare job sites, organize materials, and maintain clean work environments
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Adhere to NEC codes and OSHA safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and measurement skills for technical calculations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee apprentice license upon hire
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Memphis metro
