Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on various job sites.
- Learn to properly handle, cut, and install electrical conduit and wiring systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to diagnose electrical faults under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Help maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to start as an apprentice with no prior experience required.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
