Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on electrical equipment.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and crew regarding daily progress and material needs.
- Prepare job sites for inspection and ensure all work meets local building codes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics (fractions, measurements) is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) throughout the workday.
- Willingness to obtain a Colorado Electrical Apprenticeship license.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
