Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with residential and commercial wiring, panel installations, and equipment setup.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all job sites are clean, organized, and fully compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Prepare materials for upcoming jobs and assist with inventory management.
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments (climbing ladders, crawl spaces, heights).
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina and a strong willingness to learn.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
