Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial wiring projects.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance and repairs under supervision.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment correctly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments (climbing ladders, kneeling, standing for long periods).
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Apprenticeship license.
