Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping, bending, and terminating conductors.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical schematics.
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Complete required apprenticeship coursework and training hours.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to working in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
