Responsibilities
- Learn & Assist: Shadow licensed journeymen to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical installations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Help with the delivery, unloading, and organization of electrical materials and tools.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and temporary power sources.
- Basic Wiring: Assist in pulling wire, stripping wire, and terminating connections under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, answering questions and maintaining a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for raw talent and a willingness to learn; prior electrical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team structure.
