Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior technicians with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial settings.
- Study & Learn: Actively participate in training sessions to understand electrical codes, schematics, and safety protocols.
- Tool Management: Learn to properly use, maintain, and organize hand and power tools.
- Site Safety: Ensure all work areas are clean, hazard-free, and comply with OSHA regulations.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing updates on project progress and maintaining a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Driver’s License: Valid, clean driving record.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Skills: Familiarity with basic math and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Attitude: Motivated to learn, reliable, and team-oriented.
