Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine tasks such as pulling wire, stripping insulation, and mounting outlets and switches.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
- Willingness to obtain a Journeyman license upon completion of apprenticeship program.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
