Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems and fixtures.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites while maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform basic pipefitting, threading, and cutting under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to local safety codes and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs and answer questions.
- Participate in weekly training workshops to master new plumbing techniques and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or adverse weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurement tools.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand and bend for extended periods.
