Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn pipefitting techniques, drainage systems, and fixture repairs
- Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision (e.g., pipe cutting, soldering)
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Use diagnostic tools to identify plumbing issues
- Complete job site cleanup and material inventory
- Participate in ongoing skills training workshops
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
