Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with residential and commercial pipe installations and repairs.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and installing water heaters.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized in compliance with safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers to explain repair needs and answer questions.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes and regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites safely.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- No prior plumbing experience required; we teach you the skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
