Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under strict supervision.
- Learn and apply local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate daily logs of work performed and materials used.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve technical skills.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (exterior work).
- Strong desire to learn the trade and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Basic math skills required for accurate measurements and material calculations.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required to travel between job sites.
