Responsibilities
- Assist journeymen with the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Perform basic tasks such as pipe cutting, threading, soldering, and leak detection.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites and maintain a clean work area.
- Interact professionally with customers and explain basic repair procedures.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines on every job site.
- Study plumbing codes, blueprints, and technical manuals under supervision.
Qualifications
- No previous plumbing experience is required; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and a commitment to long-term growth.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
