Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites efficiently and safely.
- Perform basic cleaning and site preparation duties to maintain high professional standards.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand piping layouts under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines during every shift.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers regarding job status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required if you possess strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn a trade.
