Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
- Transport materials and debris from job sites to appropriate disposal areas.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools and work vehicles.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand piping layouts and diagrams.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required; we are looking for motivated beginners.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward mentorship.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
