Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Prepare job sites by unloading materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings under supervision.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for accurate installations.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and providing updates on service status.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and endure various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
