Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and support experienced plumbers on residential and commercial repair and installation projects.
- Site Preparation: Clear work areas, move heavy materials, and prepare pipes and fixtures for installation.
- Inspection & Testing: Help inspect completed work for leaks and proper functionality using pressure gauges and testing equipment.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when communicating with homeowners and business clients.
- Documentation: Assist in logging daily work and maintaining accurate job reports.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals ready to learn a trade.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and fractions.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to showing up on time.
