Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks
- Perform physical labor in diverse weather conditions
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
