Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks on construction sites including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Operate light equipment like concrete mixers and power tools under guidance
- Complete daily task logs and report site conditions to foreman
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
