Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters and masons with material preparation and site cleanup
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project compliance
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized job site to prevent hazards
- Participate in team briefings and daily task assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience or relevant trade certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of power tools (saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
