Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by debris removal and equipment setup
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment with proper lifting techniques
- Complete basic carpentry/concrete tasks under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- No prior experience required—training provided
