Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain clean job sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery with proper certification
- Load/unload construction materials and ensure organized storage
- Complete daily reports and communicate progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
