Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Read and interpret blueprints under supervisor guidance
- Perform concrete work, excavation, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, levels)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability including overtime/weekend work
