Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Assist skilled tradespersons with framing, concrete work, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery with proper certification
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Strong teamwork skills and punctuality essential
