Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and directing equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Read blueprints and project specifications for task execution
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience or relevant trade school certification
- Valid O-10 card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic with punctual and reliable attendance
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required
