- Operate basic hand/power tools safely
- Prepare and clean job sites daily
- Load/unload construction materials
- Follow OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with excavation and site prep

- Support concrete pouring and finishing
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
