Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Assist carpenters and tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, dollies, and other equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
