Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, jackhammers, power tools) with proper safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and finishing work
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans precisely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with no substance history
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
