Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to maintain project timelines
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and concrete work
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
- Report safety hazards and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications
- 1+ years of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and variable schedules
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
