Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, pouring concrete, and finishing work
- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety compliance, and tool inventory
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions to project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
