Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling using hand/power tools
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) with proper certification
- Erect scaffolding, braces, and temporary structures per blueprints
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and transport them to designated areas
- Perform basic concrete work including pouring, finishing, and curing
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support project timelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
