Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and task completion
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for accurate execution
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under proper supervision
- Report project progress and issues to site management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or relevant labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
