Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on residential/commercial sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, excavating, and setting up safety barriers
- Handle materials including concrete, lumber, and tools safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Operate basic equipment like jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans
- Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
