Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material installation and finishing
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment functionality
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Participate in safety briefings and quality control inspections
- Support team coordination to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, levels)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in teams
