Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up tools, and ensuring safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, excavation, and equipment operation
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and installing construction materials
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Operate basic machinery like jackhammers, saws, and concrete mixers under supervision
- Complete daily progress reports and assist with project documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- No prior experience required—training provided on-site
