Responsibilities

- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards
- Support skilled trades with essential tasks

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Valid O-10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/drug screening
