Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring operations
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, braces, and temporary structures
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (OSHA certified)
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled tradespersons on complex installations
- Perform material handling and inventory management duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of Baltimore building codes and regulations
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- Successful background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
