Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthwork operations with precision
- Install and maintain scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate implementation
- Apply OSHA-compliant safety protocols on all job sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Perform site cleanup and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment (excavator, backhoe, loader)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania construction regulations and standards
- High school diploma or GED required
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check mandatory
