Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and equipment cleanup
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform general site duties including digging, trenching, and material staging
- Support team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No experience required – training provided
