Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely
- Assist in framing, concrete work, and finish tasks
- Report project progress and issues to supervisors
- Maintain organized tool sheds and material storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
